Venue
The conference will be hosted at Marketsite, Times Square, New York. Marketsite is home to the world’s largest stationary video display, broadcasting breaking finance and business news from the iconic seven-story cylindrical screen. Times Square is located in the heart of Manhattan, just five minutes’ walk from the Royalton Hotel. The central location of the conference allows immediate access to New York’s finest restaurants, theatres, shops and bars.

If you have any special dietary needs please advise us on the registration form. Every attempt will be made to meet your requirements; however this may not be possible in every case.
VISA Information
A valid entry VISA is required for entry into the United States. Please see the US Bureau of Consular Affairs for more information.
Further note that your passport must remain valid for 90 days from date of entry.
Getting from the Airport
FROM JOHN F. KENNEDY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JFK)
Private Car: A pick-up in a private sedan will cost $199 including tax, tolls and gratuity. The price is the same for domestic and international arrivals. You can add this on after making your reservation when booking online or call +1 212 869 4400 to make arrangements The Royalton's concierge.
Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport on a first-come, first-served basis. This will cost you a $45 flat fee, not including tax, tolls and gratuity. Most taxis will only accept cash.
Shuttle Service: There are two shuttle companies: Supershuttle and Airlink. They are shared ride vans and can deliver you to Royalton for $21 per person. Please be aware that this may take an hour and a half, as they stop at several locations. You cannot make advanced reservations, but you can find an agent at Ground Transportation.
Airtrain/Subway: You can take Airtrain from JFK to Sutphin Boulevard in Queens and then transfer towards Manhattan. Take this to the 42nd Street-Port Authority Stop. Exit and walk two blocks east to 6th Avenue and turn north and walk two more blocks to 44th Street. Royalton is located at 44 W 44th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. This is not recommended if you have a lot of luggage. The cost is $2.25 for the subway and $5 for the Airtain and travel will take an hour and a half to two hours.
FROM LAGUARDIA AIRPORT (LGA)
Private Car: A pick-up in a private sedan will cost $162 including tax, tolls and gratuity. The price is the same for domestic and international arrivals. You can add this on after making your reservation when booking online or call +1 212 869 4400 to make arrangements with The Royalton's concierge.
Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost is a metered fare of approximately $35-$50, not including tolls or tip. Most taxis will only accept cash.
Shuttle Service: There are two shuttle companies: Supershuttle and Airlink. They are shared ride vans and can deliver you to Royalton for $21 per person. Please be aware that this may take an hour and a half, as they stop at several locations.

Car Hire/Parking
Rental cars, trucks and other vehicles are available at all three airports through a number of car rental companies including Avis, Dollar, Enterprise and Hertz. Please check with them directly for availability, reservations and costs.
Parking is available at the Royalton Hotel. Valet parking costs $52 per night. There are no in/out privileges. The cost will be billed to your hotel account and reservations are not necessary. There is an additional charge of $10 for oversized vehicles. This is a one-time fee.
Climate
September is Autumn in New York; the average temperature range is 14º - 24º Celsius (58º - 76º Fahrenheit).
Time
New York is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time.
Currency
The accepted currency in New York is the US Dollar. Notes are in denominations of $100, $50, $20, $10, $5, $2 and $1. Most major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa.
Traveler's cheques are also widely accepted in US Dollar cheques. When using traveler's cheques, two forms of identification (passport, credit card, driving license) will be required.
Shopping
Most stores are open from 10:00am to 6:00pm during the week. Department stores operating hours are between 10:00am and 10:00pm.
Tipping
When a tip, gratuity or service charge has not already been included in the bill, it is customary to tip between 15-20% for services at restaurants, bars, and clubs and for taxi services. It is also polite to tip hotel staff anywhere between US$1-5 for their services.
