Accommodation

A partnership for accommodation has been secured for delegates at the Royalton New York, a five-star hotel conveniently located at Times Square. The luxurious midtown Manhattan hotel is just five minutes walk from NASDAQ OMX Marketsite. 

 

Please note that rooms are limited. As such, it is highly recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. Once you have registered you will be provided with a group booking code so that you may receive discounted accommodation. 

Please note that SMARTS has secured rooms at this hotel for delegates for the three nights of the conference only. The Hotel will accommodate extension dates three days prior and three days after the conference dates with prior arrangement.

Change of Booking

Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Royalton Hotel.
